On site in about an hour · insurance billed direct

Water, fire and storm damage restoration, and the rebuild after, across Dallas Fort Worth

Call 866.336.4070 any hour. Our own crews extract the water, board up, dry the structure and bill your insurance direct, then the same family company rebuilds the floors, kitchens and baths.

Water, fire, mold, storm, asbestos. Then the rebuild.

Not every restoration company is the same, and you have the right to choose who works on your home. Paschall's own IICRC certified crews handle the damage, and Paschall Construction Group puts the house back.

The water side of a job

Seven stages between the call and a dry house

The 24 hour mitigation department answers 866.336.4070, sends a technician, and works the job in the same order every time. You will hear these words from the crew and from your adjuster, so here is what each one means for your house.

Smoke and soot follow their own path, set out on the fire and smoke damage page. Water starts here.

  1. Loss assessment

    Inspection and estimate

A technician walks the house with a moisture meter, finds where the water went, not just where it started, and writes the estimate your adjuster will read.

  2. Sanitary category

    Clean, grey or black water

A supply line, a dishwasher or a sewer backup are three different jobs. The category decides what can be dried and what has to come out.

  3. Damage class

    How far it soaked in

A wet carpet and a wet wall cavity dry on very different clocks. The class sets how much equipment goes in and where it sits.

  4. Drying

    Air movers and dehumidifiers

Their own trained staff extract the standing water, then set the drying equipment to pull moisture out of the structure itself.

  5. Structure and contents

    Restore what can be saved

Cabinets, trim, flooring and the things in the room are cleaned or restored where they can be, and set aside where they cannot.

  6. Monitoring

    Readings until it is dry

Moisture readings are taken again until the materials reach dry standard, so nothing gets closed up over a wet wall.

  7. Completion

    Then the rebuild

When the readings say dry, the job hands straight over to the reconstruction side, the same family company, to put the room back.

Crime and trauma cleanup is handled with discretion first. Call the line directly and ask for it by name, or read how the trauma cleanup work is done.

Then the same family puts the house back, room by room

Mitigation stops the damage. The reconstruction side does the demolition, the floors, the tile and the kitchens, so nobody hands your house to a stranger halfway through the claim.

An empty room with a new oak floor running to an arched window

Floors

New oak laid through the room

Flooring that sat in water usually comes up. The new floor runs wall to wall, through the doorway, so there is no patched seam to show where the loss was.

Baths

Tile shower, tub and vanity set

Tile, glass, fixtures and cabinetry go back in after demolition, and the design questions get answered with you on site rather than on a phone call.

A rebuilt open kitchen with grey cabinets, an island with stools and an oak floor

Kitchens

Cabinets, island and counters rebuilt

The kitchen is usually the room a family misses first. Cabinets, island, counters and lighting are rebuilt to the claim, then the floor ties the whole level together.

“Given their line of work, they are often meeting families on some of the worst days of their lives, and you could tell they understood that.”
