One family takes the call and rebuilds the house
Most people meet a restoration company on the worst night of the year, then meet a second contractor a week later when the drying is done. Paschall runs the two as one family: the crew that extracts the water and the crew that lays the new floor share an address, a phone line and the people at the top.
The emergency line, 866.336.4070, is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crews aim to be on site in about an hour, they are IICRC certified, and the insurance company is billed direct.

Paschall Restoration, LLC is the half that answers the emergency line. Its own trained staff extract standing water and run the drying equipment. The crews handle smoke and soot, board up after a storm, and do certified mold removal. The company is trained and certified for asbestos removal, encapsulation, enclosure and repair, and it handles crime and trauma cleanup with discretion first.

Paschall Construction Group is the sister company, at the same 2802 Singleton St. address in Rowlett with the same family leadership. It is the name on the Google listing, where the 4.7 star rating from 27 reviews lives. When mitigation is finished it does the demolition, the floors, the tile, the kitchens and the baths.
