Reconstruction after the loss: demolition, floors, tile, kitchens and baths
The Paschall Construction Group side of the family company rebuilds the house after the drying and the cleaning are done, back to the way you lived.
A rebuild is the part the family lives in
Mitigation stops the damage. Reconstruction is what gives a family their house back, and it is the longer part of the job: demolition, repairs, flooring, tile, kitchens and baths. Paschall Construction Group does this work from 2802 Singleton St. in Rowlett, at the same address as the restoration side, and serves the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
Karen Dobson wrote that Paschall Construction completed the reconstruction phase of her home after a nearly whole-house flood in February 2026, and that owner and project manager Michael was frequently on site, worked with the insurance company to cover damaged items and offered helpful design suggestions. A large flood rebuild is a long job, and who shows up each day matters.

One crew from demolition to tile
Reviewers name the people: Landry as project manager, Bonnie as project coordinator, Austin as estimator, Canario on tile, and Jose and Ernesto on flooring. That is how a family owned company runs a rebuild, with a named person attached to each stage of the job and the owner on site often enough that the family knows who to ask.
The scope goes on paper in an inspection and estimate before the first wall comes down, and the insurance conversation stays with the same company. Susan Myers wrote: “The demolition crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves.” That is a small thing on paper and a large one when the house is yours.
Furniture back where it stood
A rebuild is finished when the house feels like theirs again. Patricia Weekley wrote that the installers were professional and thorough, that the floors are beautiful and that they cleaned up afterwards. They were kind enough, she said, to move her furniture exactly how it was originally. The small details are the ones a family remembers.
Skipping the finish work is the false saving: floors laid before the room is ready and tile set in a rush are the jobs people end up paying for twice. When the mitigation is done, the construction side takes over inside the same company, so there is one handoff and no stranger in between. Call 866.336.4070 to start with an inspection and estimate.
