An inspection, an estimate, a rebuild question
Not every call is a midnight call. If the water is stopped and you need the damage looked at, if an adjuster asked for an estimate, or if you are planning a rebuild after a loss, send the details and the office will phone you back.
Tell us which rooms are affected and what happened. Inspections and estimates come first, and nothing here carries a published price, because the number depends on what the technician finds. Reconstruction questions go through the same form, and our water damage page explains the drying steps if you want to read ahead.

The line is answered by a person at any hour. A crew heads your way, and the company aims to be on site in about an hour.

The damage is inspected and estimated
The technician walks the loss, sorts what is wet, burned or smoked, and writes the estimate. Nothing is priced on this website, because nothing can be priced before someone has seen the rooms.

The adjuster hears from us, not just from you
Paschall Restoration works with your insurance company through the claim and bills the insurance direct, so the paperwork does not land on your kitchen table at midnight.

The same family company finishes the job
Once the structure is dry and clean, the reconstruction side puts the floors, tile and cabinets back. One team from the first call to the finished room.
